Ballyhea Cottage

With open mountain and valley views, this recently built property is superbly situated 1.5 miles north west of Dingle town.



Dingle Town hosts many fine restaurants and a wide variety of pubs many with irish music sessions. Nearby beaches include Saudeen and Beenbawn, home to Fungi, the Dingle Dolphin and Ventry Beach, a blue flag beach with lifeguard, water sport rentals and horse-riding.



Dingle harbour has long been home to an active fishing fleet. Dingle Marina Centre is based at the harbour in the heart of Dingle town and houses a diving centre, a sailing club and a rowing club. Fungi the bottlenosed dolphin that began in 1983 to make waves in Dingle Harbour has become the town's mascot, captivated thousands, inspired books, songs and films, and now gives daily audience to a continuous armada of admirers. Fungi is a wild dolphin who has chosen Dingle Harbour as his permanent playground.
